Ms. Melisa Gazdić, has more than 20 years of professional experience in implementing projects in the WB Region. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English language and Bachelor’s degree in agro-economy, as well and numerous certificates on successful trainings in BiH and the region including trainer of trainers for international organizations. Melisa has excellent organizational and communication skills with profound knowledge of the political and economic situation in BiH and in the region.

For over 10 years Melisa has been a valuable member of technical assistance teams in the EU-funded project in BiH and other countries of the region. She has over 15 years of professional experience in labour market and education sector including development of employment policies and life-long learning in BiH and in the region.  Additionally, she has over 15 years of professional experience in agriculture economy and food processing industry in the region (B&H, Serbia, Macedonia, Croatia, Montenegro) regarding legislation, subsidy policies, donors funding and economic development, SME development and entrepreneurship development including gender policies. She has proven abilities in drafting strategic documents, including development of strategic documents for local municipalities in area of rural development. Independently she performed complex research and analysis followed by report and strategic documents drafting, provided thorough analysis and interpretation of data to support decision making. Her professional experience additionally is in over 10 years in development of business analysis, funding opportunities, capacity building documents, feasibility and conducting market analysis during work as a SEE countries representative for EPRD. She has excellent knowledge of public and business environment with special focus to agriculture policies within the country but also in neighboring countries as well as development of consultancy business in BiH.

She did management of international projects: managed over 20 international projects. A track record in strategy development and implementation of projects and programs on local, regional and international levels; Very familiar with EU PRAG and PCM (project preparation, budget, log-frame); prepared more than 30 project applications; implemented, manage and coordinated, monitored and evaluated projects.

Excellent communication skills and orientation towards team-work. During various EU project activities had direct task to communicate with all project partners and beneficiaries from Government and Ministries as well as stakeholders of Regional Development and representatives of SMEs (Associations, Agriculture Cooperatives, CoC and others) in BiH and local consultants and trainers. She was Project manager and Project coordinator for numerous projects of the Green Council in past 4 years. Presently she is also President of the Assembly of Green Council.
